The longer the time, the greater the resistance of the bag, the smaller the exhaust volume, which will affect the normal operation of the dust collector. For this reason, we designed a pulse reaction system. Dust blowing system. The pulse backflush cleaning system is controlled by a pulse controller. The dust on the outer surface of the bag is regularly cleaned. The dust cleaning is done round by round, so the normal operation of the dust collector is not affected during dust cleaning. Working principle

  • The compressed air flow ejected from the blow hole attracts the surrounding air and sprays it into the venturi tube and then enters the bag. Due to the sudden expansion of the gas, the bag vibrates and the gas passes rapidly from the inside of the bag to the outside of the bag, causing the adhesion to the bag. Components

  • Upper box: composed of a liftable cover and an air outlet;
